The laundry room is conveniently located on the first level with access to the pool/patio and beach. On the second level, you'll find a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar, a dining room, a living room with a gas fireplace, and a generous deck for sunning, relaxing and entertaining. Additionally, there's a fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed and private bathroom. A fifth bedroom is located on the second level with two single beds and private access to the hallway full bathroom. The third level is home to the master bedroom suite featuring a king-size bed and a private full bath, completing the tally of six bedrooms. Enjoy privacy and gentle breezes on any of the three sundecks. The 2023 renovations include updates to the kitchen, all five bathrooms and a new bunk room. Additional amenities include beach tags, beach gear, (included but not guaranteed) use of the partial garage, WiFi, an enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, off-street parking for 2 cars and more!
