IMPORTANT NOTICE: The water depth fluctuates during the summer months (regardless of drought or no drought) & may be lower at times due to evaporation from the dry summer heat. Please feel free to inquire. Hide away and totally relax on the back deck in this very serene setting, overlooking the cove, surrounded by towering pines & oaks swaying in the breeze. Commonly visited by chattering blue jays & squirrels busily gathering acorns. Located on a cul-de-sac. Just 1/2-mile to the Lake Lodge Beach & playground where you can stay & play or catch the water taxi to the other 2 beaches in the summer months. SPECIAL NOTES: GATHERINGS: No large gatherings permitted. A maximum of 12 people (including children of any age) permitted on the property premises, never to exceed 12 at any given time; (if the maximum occupancy limit has been reached, additional day/visitor guests will not be allowed). STAIRS: This property has an interior stairway. There are several steps from the driveway to the front door. TELEPHONE: No telephone. PARKING: Level driveway parking for 4-5 vehicles. No garage. PETS: No pets. No animals. LINENS: Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use. Beach towels are not provided. HOUSEKEEPING CREWS ARE PAID A LIVING WAGE. Housekeeping crews are allowed to leave tip envelopes. Tipping is optional. AGE RESTRICTION: You must be 25yrs old to rent this property, copy of your drivers license is required. No smoking.
