Set on a cul-de-sac off a quiet street, the house is just 3/4 mile to Ridgevale Beach in one direction and the same distance to the bike trail in the other direction, allowing easy access to both. Situated near the intersection of Route 137 and Route 28, the house is a short drive to convenient amenities like markets and other stores, as well as Route 6 for excursions to Provincetown and the National Seashore. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a living room and family room, eat in kitchen and a dining area, this single floor, ranch style home allows ample living and sleeping space for eight. The large family room has a 32" cable tv and DVD player, as well as bookshelves stocked with books, games, and puzzles. The spread-out floor plan and space can support a number of activities, including working remotely. Portable card tables are available in the living room closet if you need to set up remote workspaces with more privacy in a different room. The house has no air conditioning, but plenty of standing and table fans. All windows are screened with two doors on the front of the house and there are sliders off the kitchen and master bedroom. A back terrace, front farmers porch, and partially fenced backyard offer additional space for outdoor cooking, dining, games, and activities. After days on the beach, the enclosed outdoor shower, shady back patio, and sunsets from the farmer s porch are welcome treats. In the basement you will find a high-capacity washer and dryer and a small back up refrigerator for overflow groceries. There is a one car garage, as well as driveway parking for two cars, and on street parking for at least one more car. This is a great spot for a Cape Cod vacation!
