The perfect little retreat for summer getaways! This adorable cottage with fun nautical decor is cozy and perfectly situated near mid-island beaches, the bay and downtown Avalon. This historic Avalon street still contains some of the cutest original cottages on the island! This is Avalon of days gone by! The first floor has a well equipped kitchen and dining table, a comfortable living room and a large bathroom with washer and dryer. The second floor houses two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two twin beds. There is a nice quiet deck for two off the second floor for relaxing in the summer sun. Access to the lush green grassy courtyard and BBQ completes this fun summer scene!
