It sleeps 8 - 9 with a king size bed in the Master Bedroom, the 2nd bedroom has a queen, 3rd bedroom has 2 twins and the 4th bedroom has a pyramid size bunk bed with a single on the top and a queen size bed on the bottom plus a trundle under the queen! All amenities are included with 2 TV s, 1 DVD player, Keurig Coffee pot along with the washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc! Outside shower, Charcoal Grill plus 3 parking spaces at the house. Units run east-west with the end unit being oceanfront.
