PET FRIENDLY VACATION HOME- Welcome to 203 Princeton Avenue in Cape May Point! This upside down style vacation home includes four bedrooms and two half bathrooms with a bonus den. As you walk up the side of the home you have views of Cape May Light House. Inside there are steps to go up to the living spaces or down to the bedrooms. The large living area featuring cathedral ceilings, plenty of room to sit and relax, television and large windows. The dining area features a large table set for six and three bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, regular drip coffee maker and french press. This floor also includes a den with pull out king day bed and a half bathroom. Downstairs there are four bedrooms. To the left of the home there are two twin bedrooms and two hallway bathrooms with shower and tub combinations. To the right of the home there is one bedroom with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed. Outside enjoy one screened in porch off the second floor living area and crows nest deck overlooking Cape May Point. There is an outside shower and parking for one car in the driveway and on street parking. Guest are to bring their own sheets and towels for their stay. This home does have thirteen stairs to the front door and six stairs to the living are and six stairs to the first floor bedrooms. The TV is a Roku Streaming Device - all Apps.This home allows pets. All pets must be confirmed with the owner. This home does not include beach tags. Beach chairs, two beach umbrellas and beach toys are included. 203 Princeton Avenue is .2 miles to the Cape May State Park, .2 mile walk down Whilldin Avenue to a swimming beach. 2.5 Miles to the center of Cape May and the Washington Street Mall restaurants, entertainment and shopping. This property is rented through Coastline Realty LLC extra fees include $65 Processing Fee, $400 Security Deposit, $200 Cleaning Fee, $200 Per Pet Rent and an optional vacation insurance "Vacation Standard Protector" Tenant Cancellation Policy. This is a Pet Friendly Property. If you are not bringing a pet during your stay, you will not be responsible for Pet Rent. For online booking, your lease will be adjusted accordingly.
