Enjoy hearing the breeze in the pines and cedars, watch squirrels running about and you may even get a glimpse of the very large nocturnal jack rabbit that hops around the property. PARKING: Steep driveway. The top of the driveway is gentle, fairly level. Plenty of space to maneuver vehicles. Driveway parking upto 5 vehicles. This driveway is best suited for SUV type vehicles. No garage. STAIRS: This property has interior & exterior stairways. There are approximately 20 steps from the driveway to the front entrance. PETS: No pets. No animals. LINENS: Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, pillows are provided for guest use. Beach towels are not provided. HOUSEKEEPING CREWS ARE PAID A LIVING WAGE. Housekeeping crews are allowed to leave tip envelopes. Tipping is optional. AGE RESTRICTION: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property, a copy of your drivers license will be required.
